SOUTHCOAST Church - Goleta (CA)

Rhonda DuPar Churches are like doctors, what is a good fit for one person is not a great for for another--but this is my church home and I love it. Why you ask? I would be glad to tell you. The people are a supportive group organized into homegroups that care for the people of the church. There is an emphasis on practical outreach as well as global missions. The hard issues are talked about and wrestled with both in sermons and in small groups. The sermons and structure are actively centered around scripture. The elder led, multiple teaching pastors approach brings healthy balance. I could probably say more but suffice to say, I would highly recommend checking it out.

j r Yes I appear on the days that waypoint church has their services there outside and Im very grateful to Saint Marks Church forgiven us that opening to praise God and and come together and trade back and forth the goodies and events that are coming up to keep us busy....juan

The church has several programs for just about every age group and does a lot to reach out to the community and also supports their fair share of missions around the world. I never felt pressured to give financially and the pastor followed up with me after my first visit. I would recommend this Assemblies of God church to anyone looking for a place to call home.

j r Waypoint church is a free in unrestructed church to attend it provides a open space to cherish and praise God for all he has given us also when were not in a lockdown theres potluck and lots of visiting time among other worshipers it feels so good to come to a place among others and be a safe distance and also ware a mask but be among others together with cherishing people.....juan
