1 /5 Crystal Coin: Worst place ever. I havent been there in almost 4 years, but I got a collections bill in the mail. I called and asked why wasnt I contacted. They said they did... 2 years prior to an address I still lived at. Never got ANYTHING!! They billed my insurance wrong and of course its been so long that I cant fix it. Theyd make me wait at least 3 hours to be seen even if i had an appointment. Horrible, unprofessional, and lazy. I had to do the billers job 4 years later.

2 /5 Sidney Scarbrough: This is a bad place . They send u bills after bills even though your insurance pays everything completely . We just went in for a chiped tooth witch we did not want to get after visting this place . My advice find another dentist there r better ones. this one is a scammer all they do is try and get more money from you when the bill is allready paid. we contacted our insurance co and told them the story so now there investigating it.

1 /5 Belle G: Unless you would like to receive a bill for "unpaid amounts" almost a year after your appointment, do not go here. I found out that I had an amount due after I received a bill of collection in the mail. When I first went into this office I was told my insurance would cover the amount and I would pay a forty dollar deductible and this would cover service charges. After almost a year I received a "surprise" collection notice telling me I still owed $240! Upon going to their office in Clovis, I am told that the corporate office is the one who would handle this, and the staff at the office has no answers regarding the additional charges and the delay in receiving any information regarding it. AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Save yourself time and headaches!
