Always in a good mood and always have time for to listen all of your concerns and questions. I cant thank him enough for helping me by being flexible with me when I was having trouble with my insurance! I definitely recommend him and his staff! The office staff is also very friendly and professional :)

5 /5 Cory Schaeffer: In December 2021, I decided to try Kozak as my primary doctor & Im so glad I did. We did a blood work up and he read up on all my previous medical history. He identified an issue that other doctors dismissed and within 2 months I was able show immediate improvement. He was serious, informative and honestly gave me the kick start I really needed. His council did it in a way that caused me to get aggressive in addressing the issue and changing my behaviors. Hes a total pro and reviews everything. He spends the necessary time to listen and then recommend. I highly recommend Dr. Kozak and Im so happy I made a change. Health takes you getting serious and a doctor who sees you as a person; Dr. Kozak is that doctor.

Lynn Rudman MD: Womens Medical Clinic

Brigette Buynak Dr Rudman helped me through a very difficult pregnancy. She is the reason my son was born and I thank God every day for Dr Rudman. She is kind and competent. An amazing person. There needs to be more doctors in the world like Dr Rudman.

Lys Poet Dr Rafael literally saved my life. He called me several times to have an urgent hysterectomy. It was scheduled immediately. After the surgery he came to see how I was doing. He was right to insist to have surgery right away as it revealed it was indeed cancer. The surgery was successful and the cancer did not spread thanks to Dr Rafael’s immediate actions. Very grateful to him!

Gail Cooley Making the appointment was easy and I got in within days. On the day of my appt. they did X-rays in the office and then I had a meeting with Dr. Proctor and his PA Jenna Withrow. We made a treatment plan and everything was complete within 5 weeks. I am very satisified with the care I received from Dr. Proctor and Ms. Withrow.

Donna Peterson I felt Dr. Harnsberger to be a very caring and informative surgeon. She performed a hemicolectomy on me and the results were very successful. She thoroughly explain the procedure prior to surgery and also talked about postop effects that I would encounter.My incisions looked great and healed quite quickly. She also always use gloves during her examination and has a good eye to detail
