Victor Piatt I had an appointment with this office for two months, and I showed up for my appointment, but was turned away and told that they are not accepting new patients. Ive been contacted multiple times by Western dental saying that I missed the appointment and would I like to reschedule with the same office. I had a bad experience once with the office I dont see why, rescheduling with the same office would bring any greater satisfaction. Im trying to confirm with their corporate office that theyre not continuing to refer new patients to that office, but have been unable to do so. I guess theyre continuing to refer new patients to that office. I wish I could head any of those people off at the past before they get there and get refused service like I did.. They have effectively delayed me receiving dental care for two months and one of my teeth fell out last week and Im in horrible pain but they had zero compassion for me. I can only assume they lied to their corporate scheduling and said that I missed the appointment..
