He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered expert advice on what would work best for my hair type and lifestyle. The cut was perfection—sharp, yet soft, and it truly feels tailored to me. The color is stunning; it’s exactly what I envisioned, with a beautiful, natural-looking finish. Not only is Andrew a master at his craft, but his warm, friendly demeanor made the whole experience so enjoyable. I always leave feeling like a million bucks and looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Melinda Sandoval: I’ve been coming to Salon Madrid for quite sometime now and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner has really made the environment feel welcoming and inclusive. My favorite part of coming here is seeing Monique! I trust her completely with my hair and never have to second guess anything when I’m in her hands. She is the absolute best! Her knowledge of colors, cuts, and hair treatment products are top notch. I always have an awesome time when I’m sitting in her chair! Highly recommend this salon and especially Monique!

5 /5 Rea Mikaela: I went here a couple of weeks ago to get my hair bleached and toned. It was nerve-wracking as a first time client, but Monique was very welcoming and informative. I had a lot of questions and concerns about my hair, and she was very helpful and patient when answering. My hair had been damaged from previous salon visits; she took this into consideration when doing my hair to ensure no further damage happened. She was able to get my hair similar to what I had requested without over processing my hair. She kept making sure I was comfortable and constantly offered water, coffee, etc.. I would highly recommend Monique if you decide to come to this salon!!
