1 /5 Melissa Agama: If I could give the staff in the office 0 stars I would . I came in to ask if my son can be presented for his 40 days and I filled out the form they ask you to donate a 30 dollar fee which is fine I didn’t mind. I made the reservation for my sons presentation on 01/07/24 . Everything was going fine while church was going on until it was time for the presentation which they usually do it before church ends. My sons name was not mentioned at all. Only another kids name and they went up because the priest called them up . I was very upset and decided to go up there myself with my kid which was very embarrassing because I shouldn’t have been the one to go up there . There should have been organization in that church and they should know better. I decided to go to that church because I have been going there since I was a kid and I really liked how the priest gives church there but that day I was really disappointed in the fact that I had reserved that date and my sons name was never called during church only the other kids name. Also , that day there was two Priest one was sitting down and when I was going up there he stopped me and said to wait. I thought he would have called my son after he was done with the other kid since he decided to stop me from saying something but no he proceeded to end church and left . I was so upset with their staff because the woman who is in charge of the office should have wrote down my kids name or I don’t know how it works but there is no way they didn’t know . I still have the receipt of how much I paid and what I paid for . Keep in mind I was so excited to go and present my baby since his my first but came out very disappointed and sad for what had happened . Thank fully I went outside and saw another priest not the ones that were there during church he wasn’t even on call that day but he kindly helped me out and told me to go inside and he was going to do my sons prayer he was very nice and quick to get his stuff ready but it just wasn’t the same because the whole point was for my son to be presented during church . I made the mistake of not asking the lady in the office for her name but then again I didn’t know this was going to happen . Overall , very bad experience there do not recommend at all. Save yourself time and go somewhere else and make sure the lady in the office actually knows how to do her job .
