5 /5 Falyn L: Purchased a used Mini from Ryan after being referred to him by a friend. The buying process was super simple and both Ryan and Mark were really easy to work with. Ran into some unusual circumstances with the car but Ryan worked with me to make things right. He was responsive and showed a lot of integrity in a situation where I think most mechanics/dealers would not. I have a lot of respect for him.

1 /5 Alex Smal: The lack of professionalism and dishonesty of Ryan G. Motorworks management is disturbing and unsettling: I chose to decline the repair of my BMW X5 after they had me pay the $189 diagnostic but could not deliver on promised timeline to repair it same day - wasted a day of busy calendar costing me a lot of $$: I get it, mistakes happen, but instead of apologizing (as any professional business would), and acknowledging that they overpromised and could not deliver with timely repair - Ryan G. Motorworks chose to engage in rude unprofessional behavior, slandering my good name. I’m a hard working Ukrainian immigrant, this terrible attitude and poor business practices are unacceptable, so I will never be back to service my 2 BMW’s and Porsche Cayenne S and won’t recommend this business to friends and family. Ryan G. needs to learn honest business practices and not engage in childish behavior…

5 /5 Brian Price: Wow..superb service this morning! We randomly had an issue driving down 49, so we limped in with our Cayenne. Mark, the service writer (and a normal good human), was very helpful, saying they would scan it and let us know in a couple days. Well, even though their schedule was a few days deep, the owner, Ryan, scanned it right away and solved the issue, cleared the codes and test drove it. We were seriously only there an hour. I wouldnt expect it like this, but it worked out. These are great guys! Thanks and well be back...our Cayenne has a needy personality.

Smal: I had unpleasant experience at Ryan G Motorworks: stopped by and asked Mark Massa if my BMW can be serviced (had CEL), Mark told me yes - come tomorrow, we’ll run a diagnostic, then same day we’ll be able to get the parts and have your X5 fixed. Trusting Mark on that, I took a day off from my business (costing me $1k), drove from Roseville and was willing to pay $1400 for this service: after a hefty $189 diagnostic fee (which did not go towards service as many other shops would do) - Mark tells me a different story: the part will take couple days to arrive, I’ll need to come back and leave my BMW at their shop for full day. At that point, I was so frustrated - I did not need the $189 diagnostic - that was a waste of my $$, I lost a day away from my business and could not complete the repair that day as I was sold (likely unintentionally) - but it was a major waste of my time and money. As a result of this frustrating and stressful experience, I found a more reputable shop: I’m not coming back here to service my BMW or Porsche and can’t recommend it.

Having just had my brakes replaced recently I had a small issue and the owner Ryan and everyone at his office took care of it right away and without hesitation,. I feel confident that my car is safe on the road thanks to the help and support of everyone at Ryan G Automotive.
