5 /5 Bao Yang: Since I moved to Fresno in 2022, I’ve been to this hair salon 4 times. Twice to cut my hair and twice to color my hair. All of the times, the hair stylists was able to achieve what I wanted but I don’t set high expectations. I don’t think it’s fair to expect the hair stylists to be magicians. They work with what they have and for me, they do an awesome job. I’m always able to book an appointment for the next day. It’s costly but so is everything else so I’m happy with the price and how they accommodated what I wanted. I’ve had different stylist every time but all of them was amazing. I would recommend if you’re okay with the price. I will totally be back!

1 /5 George Sanchez: JUDITH IS AWFUL. She is a rude & self-centered lady. I did not feel welcomed and and she was rushed me during the whole appointment. Shes all about the money. I wanted my hair dyed minding you I never dyed my hair in my life. I was asking several questions Judith was getting annoyed. I had an appointment with this other lady but she was asking Judith questions for help. I didn’t feel comfortable with asking Judith anything else after how she was responding. So started talking over to other the lady I had scheduled an appointment with. You know this lady aka “Judith” literally got in my face . My body was faced to the mirror. She The chair is 360. So she spinned me over so I could face her & told me this “I’m the professional don’t look over there and don’t talk to her” just from that comment I could tell Judith was probably higher than all the staff or maybe their boss. The lady doing my hair I could tell she felt uncomfortable but she couldn’t say anything. I didnt wanna state how I felt because I didnt want her purposefully messing up my hair for standing up for myself.I couldn’t just feel the tension. She probably gives that lady hell. I wanted a test strand on my hair I didn’t want my whole hair dyed because it was my first time and I didn’t know how it would turn out. Judith rolled her eyes at me huffed & puffed and walked away and told me I was waisting her time. Then she was like now you gotta pay an extra $30 for waisting my time and her time. She call herself checking me. Then after the test strand was done. I asked Judith another question she was like “ look you are still waisting my time I just answered this you can go to another stylist if u don’t like our services.” Remember I’m still confused about hair dye and toner. All I can say is don’t go to Revolver hair studio. She rude with a stank attitude and very controlling. I am the nicest person and didn’t deserve this.

1 /5 Lorta Teeana (Tia): I came in with hopes of looking “different” I understand u can’t go from black to blonde in a day but I had reasonable expectations. After they first tried sending me home with a murky brown, silver, and some blond(ish) highlights I did voice my concern & another stylist had to come over and assist my stylist which further made me doubt her ability. They fixed my hair adding some highlights but ultimately I left with the same color and maybe a root touch up. After letting them know I felt the 220$ price didn’t feel fair - they basically said pay the full Malik to or were calling the cops. Normally I’d stay, but being as upset as I was, and now behind schedule for work I chose to give them the amount and leave. I’m hoping somehow someway this could be fixed. This is what they called blonde & sent me home with. Photos were taken second time around in the bathroom before once again letting them know. Willing to continue sending in photos if need be. Update ; they never fixed or offered to fix the issue

5 /5 Michelle White: Katrina did my hair. Ive previously been with my hairstylist for 7 years before she moved out of state and was recommended to come here by a friend and I was not disappointed! She was great, friendly and made me comfortable.

1 /5 Sulema Armenta: When I booked my appointment I asked if the stylist was experienced and knowledgeable … was told by the owner Judith that the person she wanted to book me with charges $45 for a hair cut… well know that I have no way if gauging what that means thus I make the appointment… when her (Brianna) every action and decision was questioned (concerning) by the stylist to the owner Judith… of whom told the stylist step by step mixes and toners to use… when it came to the actual hair cut I have to say was given a blunt back of my hair cut! So much product was put in my hair I had to go home and wash the stickiness out … I tried to curl my CLEAN hair only to find that the back of my hair was cut bluntly (sticking out) with no curl using my curling iron because my hair did not layer right due to the novice hair dresser I was not told what her experience was but what the cost equated too… shame on you owner Judith for your using a dollar amount instead of your staffs actual status of freakin Junior hair stylist of which I was exposed to of which a senior hair stylist in your company makes $75 an hour? As I indicated during our initial phone conversation I was looking for an EXPERIENCED hair stylist… questioning your honest best practices! Before the appointment my hair was uneven but healthy after this session is dry and straw like the grey color I requested turned blond highlights DO NOT BOOK here your hair will be ruined !!! Note while I was in the chair during my appointment there were 3! Customers that came in for a FIX !!! My bad for not going with these bad signals! Don’t be fooled … Judith (owner) does and says whatever to get you in and pay!!!
