1 /5 Elle P.: My visit to this car wash was a frustrating and potentially damaging experience. My car is fully automated, and the side mirrors are designed to fold in for protection. Despite my mirrors being clearly folded in, an employee decided to manually force them open, risking serious damage to my cars electronic system.
When I tried to reach out to management about the issue, I called the business number seven times during operating hours, and no one answered. The lack of concern for customer property and the complete absence of customer service are alarming. If youre looking for a place that doesnt care about your cars safety and is impossible to get ahold of, this is the place for you. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid a similar situation.
