1 /5 Judy Bryan Mello: Had the truck towed to the dealership. They kept it for 2 weeks! Kept coming up with problems. Finally got it back today after spending way too much money. Then 40 miles down the road…busted tire. New service that we had to call to fix tire said it was because the truck had probably been sitting in fluids at dealership service and destroyed the rubber. NEVER will we but a vehicle from them again nor will we have them service. Total rip off.

1 /5 Carlos Rueda: We left the car to get it fixed in this dealership. Days before they call us saying that something happened and the car rolled through the parking lot by itself, so this manager told us that we had the responsibility and we got to pay for it. Nobody helped us except Jose who was really nice. We had a really bad experience in this place. We don’t recommend to go there at all. This is how they left our car.

5 /5 anthony Daddario: I had an awesome experience with this dealership! Rocky, my salesperson, was super helpful and a great communicator. He was always prompt to respond to my texts and phone calls. No one at this dealership felt like a sleezy car salesperson. They were all friendly and helpful. No one was pushy. I ended up buying a Ford Maverick hybrid and it was one of the fairest prices I saw statewide. Oh and I got through the finance office in 15 minutes! Thats got to be some kind of a record. I highly recommend Rocky and this dealership!

5 /5 Nathan Maxman: I have always found the service staff to be very helpful, but the sales staff is also great. I was pretty sure I knew what model I wanted. Test drove one with Michael, but needed to wait for another that Johanna (JoJo) informed me was in transit that would suit my needs better. This was after she had tried to get one from another dealer. The vehicle was there ahead of schedule and the sales staff was great. I gave Johanna the information needed to get the paperwork going over the phone, went in on my lunch break and she had everything ready for me to sign. The team of sales, service, and detail had the vehicle ready for me to pick up by the end of the day. It could not have been an easier process. Thanks for making everything work so smoothly.

1 /5 Desiree Cross: Dont sell them your vehicle they wont transfer it right away and then they will drive it to the city and get tickets in your name and the release of liability they have you sign states they arent responsible for the tickets
