1 /5 abby soule: I came in for a partial highlight to correct some red tones from a previous, different salon’s service. The stylist was kind and friendly, but definitely did not give me what I asked for or wanted. Once she saw how it turned out, she immediately said she “wasn’t satisfied” with the color job and offered for me to come back and have her fix it. I agreed, but once I went home and saw the extent to which it was botched (it was VERY bad) I was no longer comfortable having her work on my hair again, and risk a worse job and more bleach damage. I kindly asked for a refund and was told they have a “no refund policy” despite her acknowledging that she wasn’t satisfied with her own work. I then reiterated my disappointment and asked for a partial refund and was ignored. Very disappointing and do not recommend this salon.

5 /5 Rhonda Budnick: Deneiie is the greatest stylist in my 63 years. I have never received as many compliments on my hair. Shes wonderful with thin, fine hair and making any age look their best.

I look forward to my hair appointment and leaving feeling and looking amazing every time. 5 /5 Amy Marchione: ThIs is the best salon! Tishea the owner who is also my stylist has improved my hair dramatically! I’ve been going to her for 4 years now and would never go anywhere else! She does amazing extensions as well! Have had extensions for 3 years and my hair has actually improved! No loss of hair at all. She has a great personality and really knows her stuff! She goes to classes and updates all her certificates yearly! Love her and all the girls at Red Chair Salon!! ❤️❤️❤️
