1 /5 joanna rivas: Was my first time they are friendly, but super overpriced I don’t really go get my nails done often. I just wanted a basic manicure with gel they kept on pushing. for me to get power over my nails didn’t realize that it was acrylic. He said it would be super healthy. Then I asked my sister who gets her nails done every two weeks to one week. She said that that is horrible for you now it was too late already had it done and very bad she didn’t even clean under the nails they looked at lumpy and looks like they had air bubbles was my first time won’t be going back. overpriced for what they do.

5 /5 Laughter Heals: 1st time visiting PURE NAILS. I was first impressed when I called for an appointment. The gentleman that answered was super professional, nice and upbeat! He was very helpful and answered some of my questions. Showing up my first impression was that it smelled nice, was very clean and I didnt have to wait at all. I only did a pedicure today but will definitely go back for another and a full set. The tech Tony and Lynn are both great! Both are very nice, gentle, and have great attention to detail and cleanliness. As I observed the whole team was very friendly with all customers and with each other, they seemed to really enjoy being there. Was very impressed with the cleanliness and the customer service was on point. I will definitely be coming back. Cant say enough about this spot! They are super consistent and clean! I have left relaxed and happy each time. Tony and Lynn definitely fit my preference of just being able to relax and destress.

1 /5 Yana Yana: Look at how they left my nails!! Not even what I asked for! The lady rushed on my nails and didn’t even follow the picture I showed her. On top of that she bent my nails every time I grab something my REAL NAILS ARE BENDING! I didn’t even notice till I got home I called the next day they told me to come up to the shop, I come up to the shop and they tell me my nails look fine and they don’t need to fix my nails on top of no refund. The environment is toxic the guy manager always yelling at his staff it will just be my last time here and hope it don’t be your first. JUST HORRIBLE to their customers and I’ve been here 3 times paid for full service but the one time I don’t like my service seriously they denied me and told me I was wrong for coming up there! They only doing a 15% to grab people but they are still expensive and it’s nothing taking off your bill it’s for next time not the first time but it’s old people working on your body! Their stuff is out dated their workers are out dated everything is out dated. I honestly believe the pictures online is not real people or their real nails!

Excellent service complimentary drinks. Everyone engages in conversation you are made to feel at home, not out of place! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE..
