Carri Petrus Dr. Cheng has been wonderful in managing my new medications. He is responsive to my concerns and provides excellent education. I am able to schedule appointments quickly and efficiently. His support staff are accessible by telephone for questions and make me feel well cared for.

Elija slinkard I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.

Melinda Davis Dr Azzam and Evelyn Torres, PA have been my daughter’s physicians for over 15 yrs. She has many medical conditions. The care she receives and the trust I have in them is unparalleled. Yes, they are busy and you sometimes have to make follow-up calls, but it’s about getting the right treatment the first time. Thank you Dr Azzam

O2 Relief I visited Chest and Critical Care Consultants #207, Rosie at the front desk was very happy and welcoming. Smile from ear to ear. Rosie sent me upstairs to #710 where I met Silvia. Silvia was very helpful and knowledgeable with a friendly smile.

Keila. I Rivera Had my first surgery done yesterday And what an amazing experience I had. I was very nervous. The nurses are very sweet they kept me company all the time before surgery and after they never left my side. If I needed anything they were always there. The surgery team was amazing they kept telling me jokes and helped me stay relaxed and calm. I’m so great full my first surgery was an amazing experience

Aimee Rodriguez I dont have anything good to say about the emergency room staff I had the worst experience in the ER the front desk is rude a lady in specific I didnt get her name we would ask her a question and she would continue to talk to her co-worker until it irritated her to answer the question. Im pregnant and the restroom was in use when I asked if I can use a different one the way she let other people use on the floor but she insisted for me to wait. She didnt care about treating anyone with good service and the nurses dont allow you to go back with your loved one not even your spouse.

Otto Steinegeweg I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didnt find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told its the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I dont know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.

Dena Griffin Both of my parents were frequent patients in the late 80s, early 90s. Dad died there in 1991. We bought plaques. The entire staff couldnt have been kinder or more efficient. The compassion we received was priceless. I realize this is too little and far too late after all the sales of this building, but at the least, it is my sincere offering to its gracious past of caring for the community.
