1 /5 Elsie Yalitza Macias: I feel generous just by giving them a 2 star rating, more out of pity and due to the bit of decency in the service provided. For starters, the moment I walked in, I showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look and if it was possible to have something similar done, I was told they could. After waiting for about 30min. A gentleman called me to his station. Once again I showed the picture on my phone, he proceeds to agree he can do this. He starts on my nails, pretty messy, as the acrylic overflows he cleans it with his nail which has a cluster of acrylic almost callus. As he starts trying to put polish I ask if hes going to shape my nails, he says he doesnt know how. Ok thats fine. I just ask he square the edges up a bit. Next is the polish, he starts painting all the nails the same color, I ask if he plans on doing the leopard print on top of the polish, he says oh no he doesnt know how to do that. -?!?&@@??!$&@? I ask that he stops, and if he can get someone who does know to help him. He raises his voice and asks everyone in that salon. They all nod their head and say no. Im furious at this point, so I ask if theres anything he can add so my nails arent so bland, he suggested black diamond looking gem, I agree (not knowing Id be charged extra). He finishes, Im completely dissatisfied. Then he charged me $40!! Im in shock, I ask for some sort of discount due to the poor work that was done. Nothing at all was able to be done. I pay the $40 and leave. Never again will I go here, nor would I recommend it, if the error would have somehow have been corrected somehow I would have been content. However there wasnt, and for this I give them such bitter review. Now that I relive this horrid experience I feel inclined to retract my generosity and give them 1 star.
