duyen tong I went to see Rachel! She had done my hair for a few years but I found someone closer so I left, but now I’m back! Haha she’s amazing! She’s very good with colors and cuts. She also cuts your bangs for free when you’re a client. She’s super sweet. The salon is pretty cute and clean. You’d think parking is hard because it’s right by the beach, but I’ve found parking pretty easily every time. I’ll update this post with pictures later.

Elenista-Ann Amber has been my boyfriend’s hairdresser for a while now and always does a brilliant job. I finally booked an appointment with her, and she gave me exactly what I wanted with my reference photo. She is so talented and skilled. Cannot recommend her more! And the environment of the salon is just lovely!

Emmalee Mangubat Aivee is incredible. I love how collaborative she is with me when we try new hair styles, and also how she takes the lead when I need her to. She is incredibly skilled and has so much knowledge of color and hair texture. It truly is a science and I am in awe watching her work. I trust her completely and appreciate how she always ensures my comfortability. My self esteem has grown exponentially since I began visiting her at Golden Rose. Aivee also plays the best music in the salon!! The experience is worth every damn penny.

kiara estrada I booked an all over color, blowout, and haircut with Judy and was very pleased with my service! I now have beautiful hair and cant wait to go back to get a touch up! It was a great atmosphere and I was very comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much Judy!

Hunter Bond Vanessa is so awesome!!! She always takes such great care of me and is very thorough. you can tell that not only is she well experienced, but she has a passion for her work. My hair is never damaged after seeing her, and the results are always stunning. I have been craving to go blonde and what we achieved in today’s session is GORGEOUS!! I have received so many compliments and she always has me feeling uplifted, and at my best. Pricing is great, she is flexible with my crazy work schedule, and she is so kind, caring, and creates a comfortable space. Thank you Vanessa!!! Can’t wait to come back! ♥️

Simran Ahluwalia I’ve been going to Anh for almost 4 years now and I am always happy with the results. She takes the time to listen to my needs and always answers my questions. She always recommends the best for my hair and never pushes me to do what I don’t want to do. Diane My mom is a vibrant 90 plus woman. Always looking for an actual salon for her has been a challenge. But I did take her to this amazing salon in HB Old World. The stylist was professional, we showed examples of what she wanted and the stylist Tam delivered! I can’t tell you the joy that this brought about to my mom. The people at the Upstairs Salon are professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She had a great time and I’ve already made her second appointment and will continue to bring her there. Sea Gabs Go Dori does a beautiful job! I love coming to my get color and haircut with her! She relocated from the LBC to HB, and Ill always make the short drive to come get my hair pampered! Im a really low-maintenance person, and Im not as mindful of my hair as I should be, but every time I come to see Dori, she always rejuvenates me and my hair! Thank you Dori!!!
