Jade Heredia I had made an appointment for the beginning of the month of April and got seen. On the 29th, I’m suppose to get a cleaning and a called like a week and a half ago to see if everything was approved and they said yes. Then I get a call today saying no it’s not and we’re still waiting for authorization. So the lady in the office tells me “well you probably talked to corporate” I’m like so why would they tell me one thing and then you guys tell me another? And she said “well they don’t have all your information so they wouldn’t know” lady I don’t think that’s how that works. everytime I call this place they always say “well that’s what corporate said, we do things differently” OK THEN CHANGE THE NUMBER SO EVERYTHING IS DIRECTED TO YOUR OFFICE AND NOT CORPORATE! this location honestly sucks and is so dirty. And also it does not take up to 6 weeks for my insurance to approve a “cleaning” like that’s just ridiculous

Once you walk in youre immediately greeted by the receptionist, Margie, who is always happy to help everyone who comes in. Dr. Sidhu and his staff always give the best treatment and I will never stop recommending this place to all my friends and family! Shoutout to them for their amazing service.

Maria Gonzalez Dr. Christopher Gates is a gem. Love this practice, they took me in when I was in an urgency, made every step of the way so smoothly. Currently on day 2 after my 4 wisdom teeth extractions and believe it when I say I have no swelling. Best experience thus far. As someone on the spectrum even calling for an appointment can be challenging but I am grateful for the staff that made me feel at ease.
