Patricia F We attended the Taylor Swift Candlelight Quartet Show at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church. It was AMAZING!! Yes, it was at a church and the venue was beautifully lit with hundreds of candles. Needless to say, It was a spiritual experience. Wow!! I loved it so much I just booked another. Thank you for providing these.

Karen J The Cathedral itself is full of artistic wonders. The congregants are friendly and open. The sermon was thought-provoking, the choir was amazing; and as today was a feast day, the "high" service supplied all the majesty available. We attended on the 4th Sunday of the month, so a tour of the Cathedral treasures was available after the 11am service. Walter, the tour guide, was most knowledgeable and charming.

Jay Vale This was my second private baptism, and both experiences have been exceptional. The first was in 2021, and the second was today. Both services were incredibly special, and I cant thank the team enough. Todays service was conducted by Rev. Corral. My son was woken early, fell asleep in the car, and was hard to wake up again, so he wasnt exactly in the mood for the ceremony. But Rev. Corral was so patient and accommodating, even allowing my older son to join in the ceremony. I often gripe about the price, but honestly, its so worth it. Having my family together, able to enjoy the ceremony in their own way, is truly a blessing. Thank you so much, Rev. Corral – you made this experience a pleasant experience for a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old. Our entire family enjoyed the ceremony.

Savannah Aldridge I was looking for a church to visit while on vacation, and I was definitely enticed by the fact that the Enchantment Under the Sea dance from Back to the Future was filmed here. While at the church, I was welcomed kindly and got to participate in worship with a Christ-loving community. I was especially delighted that I had stumbled upon the day of the church picnic and was invited to stay. Through the picnic, I met some wonderful parishioners who really showed me God in a way I didnt expect when I went into church that day. Joanie Kwong I grew up going to church my whole life but never seemed to find one that really encouraged & inspired me to grow spiritually and in community until I found Reconcile LA. I’m forever grateful to have stumbled upon this church after my fiancé at the time stumbled upon Pastor Daryl who did our premarital counseling. Pastor Daryl is a gift from God who’s words really touch in a way that I haven’t experienced from others. One of this church’s mission and goals is to provide a safe space and community for ALL Individuals regardless of background, race, history, etc. all are truly welcomed here! If I were to describe my time at Reconcile LA in a few words, it would be: authentic, loving, inclusive, and growth.

Justin Kwan Visited our friend Pastor Phyllis and really like the family feel with the couches. The kids stayed in service this week. They are intentional with group discussion and I appreciate that as someone who promotes active learning. All the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Very diverse.

S Jason (Simchelin Guide) Absolutely fantastic experience of church from the sermon to the praise. They have guest speakers here once in a while whom are really great at speaking. The worship is like a live concert. Thats how great the praise team is. Pastor Alex is funny uses excellent rhetoric and has awesome sermons. This church has made me grow drastically in my spirituality. PTL. btw all are welcome. Im gay and Im happy with their stance. LGBT friendly is a plus.

Paul Williams I was there for the 2022 Christmas service. Everyone was so friendly and they had amazing snacks and treats. I even saw a baked from scratch panettone that was the best I had ever eaten. The service was pure fun while presenting the amazing true story of Gods love for us through the Savior. The music was professional and low key at the same time.
