1 /5 Darren: I HATE coming to this pharmacy! there is always a huge line and most of the time they only have one person working at the busiest times. Orders are never ready for pick up even when you are told they are. Whats worse is Kaiser is aware of it bit issues the same response over and over again, yet NOTHING is ever done to fix it. Be ready to wait up to an hour for a prescription that says READY FOR PICK UP, because this pharmacy is gonna make you wait

1 /5 Quiles Vallejo: Pharmacy clerk Cindy Atkins -sutton Was very mean to me. I had a drs. Appt earlier for steroids and medicine. I put in my order at 11:40am and she said it wasn’t in and that I would have wait in a check in line to get the order started and then it would be a 45min -1hr wait. My dr told me I should start the medicine right away. It’s 4pm 11/9 and they didn’t even have the order ready. The biggest problem is that this clerk Cindy Atkins -sutton was mean and scoffed at me. I never had an issue putting in orders. I shouldn’t have to pick up my medicine and have to deal with such a nasty attitude. I will be submitting a formal complaint with Kaiser. She needs to be spoken to about her interacts with people. And sick people at that.

1 /5 Tonya Fontes: Horrible wait time. Medication never ready on time. Receive a text stating medication is ready yet upon arrival it is still an hour wait for meds. Multiple times this has happened. Horrible customer service. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Sad for elderly clients who aren’t able to wait and stand in line etc. Zero accommodation for handicap.

1 /5 Chia-Chen Chang: The pharmacist and clerk were simply rude and inattentive. The room was a bit noisy and I didnt hear what the clerk said so I asked the clerk to repeat. But the clerk acted like it was all my fault and scoffed at me. Then the pharmacist. After picking up the prescription, I waited almost 10 more minutes before the pharmacist finally showed up and gave instructions of the pills. The way he treated/looked at me was like scorning. Pharmacist and clerk, both were unprofessional in terms of treating patients/customers. I would give a negative score if I could.

5 /5 Mike Richardson: I answer, AT THE VERY LEAST, 10 phone calls for this pharmacy location a WEEK! I wish they would tell their patients that the area code changed to 530 many years ago. Hahaha. Until then, I will continue to politely let the callers know to “dial the same number, but input the 530 area code.” Count your days Kaiser Pharmacy….if I keep receiving these calls, I will be sending over a W9 and an invoice.
