5 /5 Jim Latourette: Dr. Samantha Schaller is fantastic! She is very warm and personable. She describes the procedures in a very clear and understandable way. I had to have a tooth pulled and it was over before I knew it with no pain. I appreciated her gentleness, dexterity and quickness during the procedure. I highly recommend her! Her staff at PB Smiles was also very friendly and helpful.

5 /5 Martie Lauer: Dr Gee is really outstanding! He fixed up a crown that had been bothering me for a while. Everything feels perfect now. I also highly recommend Scott as the most gentle hygienist I have ever experienced. Good job guys. All the staff was very caring and attentive as well.

5 /5 Jasmine Armenta: We had a great first experience at PB Smiles today! Dr Samantha was wonderful with my 2 boys, especially my 3 year old. Zeke is my cautious kid and he struggles with new people/experiences sometimes. She quickly won him over talking about Pokémon and showing him all of her Dentistry tools, thoroughly explaining what they were used for. She allowed my son the time he needed to ask questions and feel comfortable. Both her patience and the effort she made to make him feel at ease in this situation meant everything to me! At our previous appointment at a different dental office, Zeke refused to even open his mouth so this was a huge win today! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Dr Samantha for such a wonderful visit!

They were also very straightforward with billing / what my insurance covers, which is always so nice to know right there and then. Nothing but great things to say! Thank you!!

1 /5 Andrew Collier: Run. Disorganized and unprofessional. Misquoted me then of course I owed them extra after the fact above what I and my insurance had paid. Called a number of times to understand and straighten it out. Never got any call back or communication. Went to collection for a small amount of $ instead of ever calling me back or trying to keep me as a patient. Run. I’m sure they’ll say they want to talk now looking at responses to other reviews. Too late, wasted enough time here. Never had such a bad experience with a dentist being unable to operate the business in a way that works for patients. Feel bad for the staff, probably just poor mgmt and ownership. Even for California levels of dysfunction, quite bad. Read the other (real) reviews, then run the other way. Most of the positive reviews seem overly general and nice while the bad ones are very specific problems, like mine. Draw your own conclusions, but still run to a much better managed dentist office if you’re smart. I wonder if staff turnover or patient turnover is higher. Did I mention you should run away, fast?
