Amy Estes Ive been a loyal customer of The Nailtel since they opened a few years ago, and I still love it. The Nailtel is clean, the aesthetic is adorable, and they have Dazzle Dry, which I love (it dries in five minutes, lasts for weeks, can be removed with regular polish remover, and isnt a gel/powder). I highly recommend booking with Tatiana if you can. She is the absolute best: her attention to detail is incredible, she checks in about nail shape prior to polishing and is always willing to make changes. Beyond her excellent work, she is extremely kind, thoughtful, and pleasant, whether you want to chat or prefer a silent appointment. I am almost hesitant to share because I want to get my preferred appointment times. All of the techs here are wonderful and pitch in to help care for clients (grabbing water or beverages, helping at the register, whatever you might need). Its a great place!

Cindy Tang Came in with my family for a spa day and came out feeling and looking great! Technicians are friendly and highly skilled at what they do. I wasn’t sure what nail design I wanted, so I got an acrylic French tip like they recommended and it was definitely the right choice! Will definitely be coming back. :)

Shallyn Perry I love this place. Im shocked at the negative reviews they have received. I switched to this nail shop after going to the same nail lady for over 20 years. The staff is friendly. The shop is clean and calm. They play relaxing music, have nice lighting and also take special care with my daughter who is pregnant, making sure she is comfortable even providing her and myself with pillows for our backs. They have a very large assortment of colors to choose from. I literally go here every other weekend with my two daughters for manicures and pedicures. Yes we have all been knicked here and there by files, cuticle cutters, etc but you will literally get that anywhere at some point. They do not make it a habit and I have seen nothing but care put into our experience.

ELAyonSinaloa916 I called on a Sunday around 6pm and she was able to accommodate two of us. It was only Ruby. The place is nice sized inside with four big comfy massage chairs. Ruby has a great personality and is very friendly. I got a pedicure and she took her time and it felt great. There are 3 different package. I opted for the middle one and it was super nice. I’ll be back soon. The prices are great and atmosphere is nice.

Haane Leon Guerrero I’ve been getting my nails done with Tuan and Yen since January 2023. I have never left disappointed with my nails and I always get exactly what I want. They also give great suggestions on what they can do for me. They recently moved their salon to Howe and Enterprise. It’s a beautiful office and you can find them in Room 8. kaya nava This is the only nail salon in Sacramento that I can be a repeat customer to and expect to get the same service every time they are always so friendly and they absolutely make the effort to get to know you and remember you for next time which is hard to come by nowadays no matter what sheep or style I want on my nails they always accommodate and find some way to make sure you are happy with the result I absolutely love everyone who works here. They all do great Nail art and I am definitely going to be loyal to this salon for the rest of my life because I have not seen this much consistency or customer care in any salon for the past few years.
