1 /5 Jazzy Diaz: I recently visited this salon for a manicure. I provided a picture of the French Tips I wanted, and while the initial technician was very kind, I was then switched to another technician. They seemed rushed and did not complete the French Tips as requested. Instead, I received a single color manicure. Although I was offered a $5 discount, I was still charged $100, which seems unreasonable given that the service I received was not what I had asked for. Not to mention they charged me $50 for a basic gel on toes nothing else just gel on my toes. Too over priced if I could give negative stars I would.

1 /5 Shruti Javali: What a waste of time. The lady qui thi Nguyen did and redid my nails three times and still managed to mess up each time. Ruined my nails with the drimmel tool and she couldn’t figure out that the streaks in the polish were because she wasn’t using enough. Took a chance on a new place, biggest waste of time. Only saving grace as atleast she didn’t charge me, but when on a deadline my time is worth more.

1 /5 Sierra Crowe: WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. It was painful and I was left with damaged, hideous nails that weren’t even shaped before I left the salon. For my wedding, I had had GelX done in Las Vegas. They’d grown out for a couple weeks and I wanted them removed. When I went in, I was told to sit at a table in the back. People were kind of ignoring me, so I sat at one of the tables then asked where I was supposed to be sitting then moved to the table they indicated. A 30-something year old man comes from the back and hands me the color Menu while getting started on my nails after I told him I would like to get them removed today. He had finished filing one down when he asked me what color I’d like and I said no color please, I’d just like them removed. I’m not sure if this is a faux pas or something, I’ve never had GelX and it seemed like a reasonable request to me. But he seemed annoyed and removed the rest of my nails by literally just ripping them off from the side. It was SO painful I was biting the inside of my cheeks and watching the TV to distract myself. A couple times I had to yank my hand back because it hurt so badly. Once he was done, he clipped the nails so they were straight across the top, totally uneven and not shaped with a file, then took my money and waved me off. He didn’t speak to me the whole time. Wish I had taken a photo to show how disgusting my nails were, but I was so disturbed the first thing on my mind was to cut them once I got home. I would never go to a place who treats their customers like this, had to leave a review so people know before they go.
