1 /5 Mrs. C. Reese: Never, ever again! I took my daughters and self here yesterday (4/23/22). We had an appointment at 1:30pm. They were not busy, yet we waited about 15 mins. until one of us were called. Requested 2 full sets, 1 manicure, 1 childs mani/pedi. The manicure was first, 5 mins later I was taken...an hour 12 minutes later the full set (this is after a walk-in) the last 10 mins of being there, my 3 yo was taken (nails only).
The staff was decent, aside from talking in their language (as usual). I asked for simple white tip design and that took 2 hours. Extremely slow and couldnt do nails. I showed her the design, told her do it just like that sans the length. She said she is going to do it with a polish to look like the picture. I was uneasy. Nails were extremely fat, she didnt know how to fix. I let her know I did not care for the nails, they were very fat and they looked cloudy. She said next time I should say I want thinner nails.
My 3 yo wanted white tip and the tech said that she couldnt do them. She wasnt even going to put her hands in water until I said something. Before I paid I complained. I then called the manager (shes a joke) and she was like "Uhhhhhh... you should have said something while you are here". I said, I did! She offered me to come in after pausing, I denied. She was deplorable and I didnt feel comfortable to have them fix it with how they acted.
The cost was ridiculous for the full set.
Manicure: $33 quoted, paid $36
Full set: med. length, $70
white tip: $55- unsatisfied and they look horrible (fat and cloudy)
Kid mani: $12 (they have already started chipping)
Never again!
update 4/26/22: I emailed the salon, have yet to hear anything back. (As expected) both my daughters who received manicures have already begun chipping and one has gel. Their polish is cheap and their work is poor. Not a quality salon for what they charge. Not at all worth $170 and have the nerve to want big tips! Do better!!!
