Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine - Riverside (CA)

1 /5 Alex Campos: This comment is not in regards to the church however it is about their personnel. After an hour of calling numerous times and no answer, I decided to go out of my way and stop by the office. Upon my arrival I was advised by a lady pulling her car out of the driveway that they were closed. I inquired about their closing time because their voicemail says they close at 12:30. Mind you, I arrived at 12:01 PM. She indicated yes, they close at 12:30 but she has an appointment and cannot assist me. I will need to call back tomorrow and pretty much kicked me out by looking at her watch, pointing at it And repeating that she had an appointment.

3 /5 Cindy Fernandez: My complaint is not directly to church, is for the people working for the church!!! Specially for the ladies in the office. I’m getting married and I love this church so our plan is to get married here. Well I brought my paperwork a month ago, and one of the ladies said that she will call me the following week to meet with the priest and still waiting for her call!!!!!!!! I drive from OC To this church and is very disappointing that people getting pay for a job they don’t do and when they are helping you, they do it like they are there to do a favor for you and super rude!!!!!!!

5 /5 Janethe Ramos: This is a warm and friendly parish. There are many options for Spanish mass and only one English mass on Sundays, but this works for the community. The priests and ushers are all very welcomimg and helpful.
