5 /5 Suddora Customer Service: I drove down to see my parents, very long drive and since I didnt do an oil change before leaving I wanted to get my car checked out, coming from a big city I notice not a lot of locations were opened during the weekend luckily I found Non Stop and it was nothing but Great Service from beginning to end! Jose is awesome! especially being a girl that doesnt much about cars, he was very nice and help out with what was needed. Jose did an oil change and added new brakes. As a girl I have no idea about cars and I think Jose did a good job about giving me some good advice on my car. I would highly recommend him , he is very trust worthy and If I lived closer he would be doing my car service every time, I guess I have to visit my parents more often.

5 /5 Bryce McAteer: Amazing, quality service! Whether youre in a bind or from out of town or just doing a routine check-up, Non Stop Auto Repair is the place to go in Salinas. I was driving 500 miles with my car packed up to move to a different part of the state when my Radiator blew on the 101 Highway. AAA recommended these folks (as did a wonderful local lady who pulled over to help me prior to AAA showing up), and I can see why. Not only are they open later and on weekends, but Non Stop wants to see you off right no matter what your predicament. Understanding my need to get up on a move, they worked past their closing hours to fix up my Honda Accord. They even offered to drive me to a dinner place and back if I got hungry since it was later in the evening. Non Stop was consistently cordial, offered me coffee, bathroom access, their microwave - literally anything they had that I might need was offered. The waiting area is indoors and they also work on all cars inside (so you and your vehicle can feel safe) The price was more than reasonable and they worked quickly to finish the work on my car. I wish I could take Non Stop with me wherever I go because of their quality service, kindness, reasonableness, and all around great repair skills.

5 /5 Michael Frear: Fantastic Experience with Non Stop Auto! They live up to the very definition of Excellent, Professional Service! I had a Transmission go out of my F350 and was Broke down for 9 days in their town. They did their job in a matter of Hours... Waiting on Parts... was the other 8 days! My truck is back on the road and running tip top! I highly recommend them for any and All needs related to the automotive world! Thank You Jose!

5 /5 Doug Mahrer: My truck broke down pulling a trailer while traveling on business. Just by luck, my tow driver recommended Non Stop Auto. Unfortunately, I broke down during Memorial Day Weekend, but fortunately Jose was exceptionally accommodating and worked after hours and then again on Memorial Day itself, cancelling a trip out of town with his wife. Not only did he do a get me back on the road that Monday, but his charges for a very complicated repair were very reasonable. In addition, his wife gave me a ride to Monterey where I was conducting my business, saving me a very expensive taxi ride. My biggest disappointment now is that Non Stop Auto is not located in my own home town (five hours away), otherwise it would be my go-to shop.
