Jack Schmit We attended Easter Sunday service with our daughter and son-in-law. Wonderful service, friendly people, welcoming place that honors God, the Bible and the risen Lord, Jesus Christ. So blessed that our kids have found a home in this church. When we come back to California, we will visit again.

Kim Crausby Love our church, we came from the Midwest Iowa, we got online to find a church like ours back home, the first time my family walked into Gateway church we decided this is were we wanted to be, everyone made us feel like we were at home.

Rachel Merchant A beautiful mission, the church still holds mass, so be respectful. We loved the grounds and gardens, but our favorite was the art in the church. Its definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or if your kid has this mission for their 4th grade mission project!

STEVE CHEREGOSHA My wife and I joined Venture approximately a year ago, and I must say, it has been truly uplifting experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted warmly by members of the church, which immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. The service itself is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. The hymns were beautifully sung, accompanied by talented musicians who infused the sanctuary with soul-stirring melodies. The sermon delivered by Pastor Lundy is both enlightening and thought-provoking, offering relevant insights into applying spiritual principles to everyday life. What impressed us most is the sense of community that permeated throughout the service. People from all walks of life came together to worship and support one another, creating an atmosphere of love and acceptance that is truly palpable. Moreover, the church’s commitment to social justice and community outreach is evident in the announcements of various service projects and charitable initiatives. It is inspiring to see a congregation actively engaged in making a positive difference in the world. Overall, our experience at Venture has been nothing short of transformative. We left feeling spiritually nourished, encouraged, and eager to return. Anna Flores I went back to this church in 2008. Prior to that when it was Faith Temple over off of race Street. I was 14 years old until the age of 17. And then I went back in 2008. I have been there since. I love my church I was baptized on June 30th of 2024. I have been in some of their Easter programs. Im also a volunteer in the Good Samaritan Project. That is a service that is every Tuesday evening at the Reaching out Center.
