Joanna Cervantes listened to what we wanted and executed it beautifully all while dealing with a young girl’s first real salon visit. Parents and daughter are all happy.

I have a ton of hair and I know it is a lot of work cause I havent had the best hair care for myself. She did an amazing job. The color, the cut, the silky smooth look. I never trust anyone with my hair but Im glad I did. I will never go to anyone but her again.

T My daughter and I have been going to her for almost a year every 2 months. She Is always on time, great attitude and very professional. Her client chair is comfortable. I never get stiffed like I used too in other shops. She makes us feel like she appreciates our service. Even if i call at the last minute she works us in some how. Most stylist took a day or 2 to respond to me about setting a appointment as if I wanted them to do it for free. They canceled at the last minute and was unprofessional. A lot of them even changed their prices every time we went to them. She is consistent with her prices. Her scheduling system is also easy to do. She Is never on the phone. She has a private suite so nobody is watching you getting your hair done. She is very fast at braiding. Most of the time she finishes earlier than planned. Welisha never braids to tight. Every style that Ive shown her she has done the exact way or even better. We get compliments all of the time on our hair. She is the best stylist that I have ever dealt with in everyway. As you can see i can go on and on about her. I always recommend her to everybody.

Jenesse Ramirez I went to get my hair done by Genesis, and I have never dyed my hair before, we went through a lot of steps and she asked a lot of questions as well with my hair routine. She made me feel comfortable and I ended up loving the ends results. I had also gotten layers by her and she did would cut and ask how I feel about it before cutting off too much.
