Way more reasonably priced than what the dealership quoted me. The Gran Jefe Jesus was great to work with, he’s very knowledgeable and cool to talk to.

Jade Ferreira-Yang Doug & his team provide quality service and at very reasonable costs. I had my 2007 Corolla get a full tune up and later had the break pads replaced. They never do more than necessary. It’s great to find a place you can trust- I’ll definitely be using their services again!

Arena Million and his crew, especially Samir, were so helpful. I stopped in because my car was making a concerning rattle. They test drove it with me, made repairs at reasonable prices, test rode again, and persisted with tightening and fine tuning until the rattle was gone. Watching them work is a joy and my car drives like new! ❤️

Clancy Tenley Took my 1999 eurovan in for smog with a check engine light on. It’s not way to diagnose a smog problem with a 25 year old can but Rio did a thorough job and explained each of the steps involved in a way I could understand. Got the van back with problem solved and a clean smog certificate. Good communication. Highly recommend.

Levi Williams 7 years and I dont have a single thing to complain about. In that time Ive brought 5 different cars here and all have been taken excellent care of. Ive come in for prepurchase inspections and have always gotten honest answers. They work with me and my current budget to prioritize repairs when needed. They care about saving me money, like sharing when used parts would be just as good as new. Theyve even let me know when I should probably give up on a car instead of pouring more money into repairs. Danny runs an honest shop. They are always very kind and respectful and work with my schedule whenever they can. Really I couldnt ask for more.

I originally picked this shop because their prices were more competitive than other spots, but I ended sticking with them because of how trustworthy and helpful they are. Joe (the current owner), Tyler, and their team have always done great work on my car and have never over charged for labor nor parts. In fact, theyre always trying to help you save money. Tyler has always kindly taken the time to explain different options and their associated costs, but never pressures you to make one choice or the other. As long as Im in Oakland, they will be my trusted mechanics!

Joseph Morris Ive been here twice with my mid-90s Subaru -- for which it is getting harder to find someone both competent and willing to work on. Waheed has been both -- fixing the shifter and bushings, and then just today replacing a speed sensor that had gone bad. Rates exceptionally reasonable.
