2 /5 Divya Priya: I went here just checking for head massage which I always long for. I love getting massages, however, I had dandruff so they suggested me dandruff treatment whichshe told me was $45 without wash. Then my hair was getting frizzy and dry, so Mona told me I can get the protein/spa treatment for hair as a combo for $60. I thought its $60 combined. I asked her if you could do for $50 but when I came back again, they were like both are separate and charged me $90 for hair wash, application of hair masks, steam with the plastic shower cap, wash n blow dry. There was no massage as I was expecting in hair spa treatments. I wonder if this money was worth the services and then this dandruff and frizzy hair will be back again in air conditioning. The place can be kept cleaner.

1 /5 shruthi goggi: Absolutely ridiculous place . I went for eybrows and she was in such a hurry to get it done! I got acne after i got waxing done on my cheeks . She was handling very harshly and did not even stop when she put some powder in my nose before waxing. Zero customer service . Worst experience. Will not recommend this place to anyone!! Try to completely avoid them. There is absolutely no one in this salon. They are free 24/7 yet do everything in hurry. Would give negative rating

1 /5 Manchikanti 14: I had a worst experience here. I went for eyebrow and forehead threading. They rushed through threading my brows, it was painful for 2 days. Got minor skin rashes near brows after threading. She finished the procedure in 2-3 minutes. I don’t understand why she was in so hurry. I guess they don’t have patience at all in treating the customers.

1 /5 mariyam ahmed: Yesterday, I called ahead and scheduled an 11:30 am appointment. However, upon arrival, the woman said she does not know that I have an appointment and I might have spoken with the owner. I dont blame the woman but the experience then took a bizarre turn when she insisted I remove my scarf in the open area, stating that there were no men present despite the open window and door. A laughing customer further compounded my discomfort. I told them that I am uncomfortable. Finally took me to a private space, i had a consultation, only to be quoted a shocking price of $550 or more for hair coloring – significantly higher than the $400 maximum Ive seen elsewhere.She told me that I will have to wait for another twenty minutes for that customer to finish. Driving 32 miles for such humiliation and unwelcoming treatment was incredibly disheartening, and the lack of integrity displayed was deeply concerning.

2 /5 Sumedha: Mona does great eye brow but today I got hair cut and coloring done, I paid 280$ and found it extremely over price for the kind of tools they used and pulled my hair so much while styling that I had severe head ache even after taking medicine for hours. The hair at the scalp was damp when I left and I told them but they said theyre working on it, my dress got damp too..I shouldve rather gone to vintage on blacow which is highly rated and gentle and paid 150$ for similar service..I also added the expected hair style picture and do not find it close to what it looks like..
