5 /5 GCTRUCKLNE GLENN (G-C TRUCK LINE): My experience was excellent. They responded quickly to my location, got me patched enough to get to their shop. New radiator installed and rolling in less than 24 hours. Price was reasonable.

1 /5 Henry Catalan: Scam artists. I called in for an estimate on a trailer door repair and they said 4 hours at $85/ hour + Parts. My driver said they finished it in 30/40 min using 2 guys. When I reported the labor was being overcharged, they refused to adjust the bill... It gets worse. They claimed they did not have a working credit card machine so I had to use Comm Data. Not only did this whole payment process take 2 hours of back and forth calling, automated machines and hold time, it cost $64 for the transaction fee. I felt it was fair this company take responsibilty for the broken credit card machine and the manager said "it wasnt their problem". Use a different service, they will take you for what it is worth and will not release your vehicle until you pay them their scammed price.
