I paid $35 for a pedicure and $50 for a manicure which is overpriced compared to where I usually go to.
After my pedicure was finished, I told the lady “do you not cut the cuticle and skin around the toes?” She said “oh I did” when it was clearly visible that she did not.. I stayed quiet
I did dip on my manicure and she did not let the powder get to my whole finger from her, the back edge did not get any color. She had one of my hands under the light and the other she put a fan before putting it under the light (which I did not understand) She told me she was “done” and there was polish all around my fingers and hands, my hands were blue (color requested) and I told her “my hands are all dirty, do I just wash it under the sink?” She shrugged at me after I paid and said “if you want” I washed my hands and everything remained dirty around my nails. My nails also looked very tarnished. I showed my mom and she told her "I dont like this, very dirty, you are not finished and I paid a lot of money for your bad service" lady also gave many dirty looks and stars during my service
Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name for her, but I will not be coming back
As soon as I started complaining all the workers came to see what had happened
