eSSa Studios I came across Marin Essential Salon a few years ago when I was in desperate need of a haircut in the pandemic and have been getting my haircut here for a few years now. Its so easy to make an appointment and every time I walk it I get a warm welcome from the friendly staff. Issam and the rest of the crew are very talented and offer variety of services for men and women. I have recommended the place to a few friends and they all have been very satisfied as well. I highly recommend Marin Essentials. Five Star all the way!

Luis I cant explain how happy Im with this place it has been almost 3 years that I was not able to stop at the barber shop for the simple fact that a lot of places they dont really know hot to cut hair. Antonio was exceptional he did my hair in not time, very professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this barber shop to anyone who is looking for good service an a fast way.

Sean McLeary Going to Hollz is a visit to a man spa for an hour or so. She will take amazing care of you and leave you feeling handsome and pampered. Shes wonderful at listening to what you want and translating that into something great. You just sit back and enjoy the time for yourself.

Rafey Balabanian I moved out of California about 3 months ago now and with the benefit of some time to reflect, I realize now what I miss the most: the sunsets at Stinson Beach? The beauty of Marin? The food in SF? The amazing people of NorCal? Nah, what I miss most is getting my haircut by David Karvesales from David James Salon. And it’s not close. David is not only the most talented stylist I’ve ever had, he’s also been the most consistent. He’s cut my hair for the last seven years and I swear that every time I left his salon, I had to send him a text to let him know that he surpassed the last cut he gave me. He did it every single time. Oh, and he’s also the coolest person you’ll ever meet. Unpretentious, kind, generous and so fun to talk to. I should have never moved. One of the biggest mistakes of my life.
