2 /5 Ashley: I have been to Lift for Botox and then again for microneedling with PRP. My Botox didn’t seem to last as long as when I have done other places and my most recent visit has left me with less than ideal conditions. A week ago I went in for microneedling with PRP and the nurse attempted to draw blood with no success in my first vein despite blood running down my arm and onto the chair. A second attempt was made in the same arm which was uncomfortable, but drawing blood sometimes is. This vein did not give a drop of blood so we decided to do exosomes instead which was my request because I didn’t want to attempt in another vein. My face healed beautifully after microneedling, but I can not say the same for my arm. A week after my appointment bruising and a raised lump began to form followed by discomfort. I am now two weeks beyond my Lift appointment and at urgent care because the injection site continues to be concerning. I know everyone’s body reacts differently, but this has never happened to me and I frequently get vitamins by IV that require needle injection. After two subpar experiences I would rather fly to Mexico for half the price and better quality services and care.
