Erin Alexander As a new family in the area, finding 1CC was a genuine gift from God. Here we found a community who lives the message of Jesus by welcoming the stranger, loving one another, and bringing justice, healing, and love to a broken world. Reverend Dans messages are always poignant, relevant and related to whatever issues our world is facing. By pointing us to the truth of Gods unending love for not only us, but all people on Earth, we are reminded of the Divine Love that Jesus came to teach of and are filled with hope that there is goodness in this world. We also greatly enjoy meeting other young families through this community and benefit greatly from the supportive childrens program.

David Dickson With always a friendly and rewarding reception each time I go to the Church meetings here, I am cognizant of the fact that there are real people, even during this trying time of the pandemic, who actually feel the genuine care of showing love and concern each time I attend church. I have found the meetings at noon, conducted by the Alta Sierra Ward leadership to be ones during which important talks by men, women, and youth do much to enrich my life and give me an anchor on which to attach my faith and desire to do better with my life. I am ever amazed at the testimonial sharing of the reality of Jesus Christ, our advocate with the Father, in the fulfilling of the great plan of happiness and the promise via the atonement that if we repent of our misdeeds, sins, faults, and exercise faith in Christ we can be truly forgiven and move on in our lives with resolute determination to serve Christ all the days of our lives. This feeling exudes each time I attend one of these meetings, and I thank those present, who are able to convey this strong testimony of the divinity of Christ and His mission to mankind.
