1 /5 tiange zhang: Yesterday I was real disappointed by the service. I walk to the shop, decide to do Medicare and a pedicure at the same time. There is a girl and a man who served me, they really catching the time the gel is not even, and they hurt my finger. It was bleeding because they’re doing too harsh. I feel painful, and that was absolutely bad experience. I feel fine at the beginning. I saw just like a cut. They tried to gave me the cream to stop bleeding. And I think that was OK and they tried to give me discount. I was not really happy after I go home. I find out that my fingers and the other toe fingers are broken too. I’m so angry. I tried to call the front desk to ask for a refund, but they refuse to give me a refund, and they talk about it really busy at the store so they have to text me and explain to me.:I only can get 10% off next time I come to the store, but do you think I really gonna come back because your service and discount?????
I was really disappointed because I saw it supposed to be professional, and I don’t think you should visit, even though they reopen a new one at the block. I won’t think to come here again and I even tipped them. That was hilarious. One star for sure.
