A good experience all the way around and I appreciated the photos that were sent as part of their report. Will definitely be back again for other work on my vehicle.

Taj Sebastian Huge thanks to the team at fix it auto! They were very transparent and made sure I was informed every step of the way. They got my car in and out within 2 days and even did a whole cleaning of my engine bay making it look brand spanking new! I’m super glad I chose them to fix my car because they are honest and will get the job done right!

Salim Shaikh Scott and the whole team are great. Stopped in to have the breather plate resealed, and they got it done fast for a reasonable price. I don’t have an after picture, but this is what it looked like before. Will return for routine maintenance.

Dimitri is by far the most honest, reasonable, and professional mechanic in Murrieta, hands down! I live in Rancho Cucamonga and was out on a service call in San Diego when my service van died on me. Realizing that I had no other alternative than to either tow it or take it to a local mechanic, I took a leap of faith and pushed my service vehicle to the nearest gas station around. That 76 gas station had an auto shop named Cal Oaks Auto Repair. Not only did they repair my vehicle, but Dimitri and co. helped me out with a very reasonable price. Im willing to drive out 45 miles from Rancho Cucamonga to Murrieta just to get my vehicles serviced. Thats how great Cal Oaks Auto Repair is!!!! Thank you guys! Chris Vombaur My chevy camper is 25 years old. These guys did brakes, plugs w/wires, best money ever !!! big block 454 runs great! I am old school gear head and to fat to do the work my self. Should get another 25 years from the 3500 class C camper. Took a little extra time to get it done, worth it. Ocean Beach this week-end, fresh sea air! THANK YOU Gator great job.

Britney Nichole I had new breaks on my car that I got from a shop, and this shop called Promotive Auto is a joke, and left my breaks making a grinding noise after they were brand new. I called a Mobil Mechanic as it’s such a pain for a mom with kids to get to a shop and just leave my car- he showed up and saw my break Pad was falling apart and they didn’t replace some Parts on my new breaks. He cleaned my breaks up for me and helped me figure the problem Out and put my mind at ease. He did this all for free and I was beyond thankful! I won’t be going to shop again and I really appreciated his help!

Steve Haerr Ive had great experiences here while diagnosing issues with my old 1968 Jeep, and they also saved me from grief with a late on Friday, last minute leaking radiator hose repair on my Subaru. In my experience, Mark is a good guy with lots of knowledge in a wide variety of older car and engine issues. His shop is not to be confused with a quick lube place, but Im quite sure they can fix anything. Old cars often have many disparate issues at the same time. Some critical, some benign. Fix one and youll prob find the other... But that doesnt make it the mechanics fault.

Ronald Johnson Amazing customer service! Let me tell you I have been to a bunch of shops in the past and no one asked if I had a warranty. Totally forgot when I bought the car I did purchase one and they made sure my claim was pushed through and saved me over 1k out of pocket. Thank You European Auto will always take my vehicle here!!!! Ruby Yarrington I’ve been going here for years and this is the 3rd Audi suv I’ve brought here, they are honest and priced well. You never feel like they are pushing anything, they explain everything in detail and even show you pictures! As a military wife for over 20 years I highly appreciate that!
