5 /5 Karena Chan: i never leave reviews but i need to let everyone know you could not find a better nail salon than merrys!!! i had an appointment at the nail bar next door and was a bit put off by the rushed energy of the salon and still had to wait so walked over to iconic nails. it was busy too but the moment i walked in, merry was super accommodating, sweet, and a general VIBE. you wont feel like just another customer. shes the most patient and willing to help you with your design and by the end of your visit, you feel like besties just yapping away (another customer and her were making plans for lunch!!). i am super picky about my nail art and she went above and beyond in every way, recording my preferences for next time and even letting me come back 2 days later to adjust and add charms. would give this salon 10 stars if i could.

5 /5 Alejandra Ceja: I had a wonderful experience at Iconic Nails with Kimmy and Jaime. I was a bit more detail oriented for this service because I went in for my wedding nails. They were so patient with me and happily made the minor adjustments I asked for. Apart from the service, the offered tea or coffee, the salon is clean and aesthetic and I love salon’s that have easy online booking. Definitely coming back to see Kimmy & Jaime!

5 /5 Parul Agarwal: Their gel manicures last forever. All stylists are patient and do a perfect job. Remember the anxiety we have when someone is working on your nails, worrying if they will do a good job. Here you can sit back and relax. It just comes out great without any oversight from me.

5 /5 Rishma Mendhekar: I went in for a builder gel set on my natural nails today with Jamie and they turned out SO cute! I showed her a design with some modifications and she did an amazing job. Jamie was super friendly and very detail oriented - she was really precise about the shape of my nails and and the airbrush design. She was also very receptive to my complicated design idea :) The vibes at Iconic are always great so that hasn’t changed at all since the last time I have been there. Super lucky to have this studio right here in Los Altos.

5 /5 Kaitlyn Helmes: I’m so thrilled to have found Iconic Nails! After a poor experience elsewhere in the Bay, I relied on good ol’ Yelp to help me pick a new salon. Iconic Nails is by far the best salon I’ve been to, and its worth the drive for me. The salon itself is clean, airy, and very “instagram-able” aka very cute decor. There are beverages available and I’ve heard whispers of mimosas if you’re in the mood for a lively spa day! The prices are great for California, and booking is very easy online/over the phone/via text. The owner, Merry, is responsive and friendly. She’s up to date on all the crazy nail trends going on which is so amazing. I’ve seen a few of the technicians, and they are all fabulous. But my girl is Ly. She’s very attentive, up to date with trends, skilled and so funny! We’re always laughing together. Ly gives such great recommendations, like when I chose a glitter polish with very large chunks of glitter. Knowing that it wouldn’t give me the result I’d want (especially on such tiny nails), she suggested something similar which I ended up loving! She always nails the shape that I ask for, which alternates between almond and oval. I left today over the moon after a fabulous pedicure, and having tried the Hailey Bieber “glazed donut nails” trend. I wasn’t sure about the trend and how it would look, but as always, Ly knocked it out of the park! She truly has a great eye and I’m so grateful. Every time I come back from having my nails done on the East Coast, I regret not having them done at Iconic. The quality is truly above and beyond, and the techs always can tell when I’ve gone to a place of lower quality. Powder manicures can be rough on the nails, thinning them out, but my nails have been super healthy since getting my manicures at Iconic.
