5 /5 carla jay: I came here for a walk-in appointment, it was the only place that was open after 5pm. Which I love! This location is local to me and easy to find. I had a great experience from the time I arrived til I left. Mona, the front desk coordinator was awesome. Very friendly and kind. Michael, the tester, was laid back, informative, personal yet professional. He made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Jenni, I think she was the medical assistant or nurse, she was nice too. Dr. Burk was the bomb! Very kind, patient, prompt and reassuring. Ezra in phlebotomy, was also wonderful. I told him my veins are small and like to roll, so I can be a hard draw, but he got it on the first try! The office wasnt busy, it was clean throughout, I was able to be seen pretty much right away. I had a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend and come here again. Thank you Mona, Michael, Jenni, Dr. Burk and Ezra!!
