5 /5 Tiffany Potts: I would highly recommend Dr. Heidari. I’ve been seeing her for about 13 years for multiple sclerosis, and I fully trust her as my neurologist. She is very knowledgeable and thorough—much more so than my previous neurologist. I believe she gives me the best care she can. The front office staff is always kind and welcoming, and her office is clean and modern.

She has this rare ability to make you feel comfortable even when you’re dealing with something as complex and overwhelming as neurological issues. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain everything in a way I could understand, and answer all my questions , If you’re looking for a doctor who combines top-notch expertise with compassion and heart, Dr. Neda is the one. I can’t recommend her enough!

5 /5 Nadia Schlosser: First off, the staff is super friendly, including the doctor. I had a grand mal seizure Nov. 2024 and it was so hard to get an appointment with a neurologist until I was referred to Dr. Heidari. She was able to get me in super fast which was so comforting because I was really scared after having a seizure like that for the first time. Other places didnt even have appointment openings until the following year - June 2025. I also lost my driving privileges because of the seizure. CA law requires at least 3 months of no seizures and management by a neurologist before even considering reinstating a drivers license. So its been a rough time. Sure you can imagine. Dr. Heidari has been really thorough in listening to all my symptoms and ordering imaging, labs, EEGs and trying new medications to help with my seizure prevention and migraines. She also implements use of natural vitamins, which I like. Its really refreshing to have a doctor that listens and is willing to try so many types of exams and interventions. Its February now, and I havent had another seizure. She has gotten me in for two EEGs in the office, out of office Brain MRI, neck MRI, labwork and is open to adjusting my medications based off my symptoms. I am really looking forward to receiving the botox injections (neck, jaw, temples, etc) she provides as Ive heard they can be really beneficial to preventing Migraines, neck pain and addressing TMJ which I have had for over 25 years. She seems to always have a recommendation for the ailment I am coming in to see her for. I am so grateful to her and the staff. 5 stars. I also enjoy seeing how they work as a team and dress up for the holidays. A lot of her patients seem very pleased with her treatment when they come in and leave the office. I work as an RN at a busy hospital, so I watch for these things. They are a great team! I am so grateful that I was referred to her.

Her medical office is clean, conveniently located, and very professional. Isabel is the most organized and helpful assistant. She patiently handles everything from the front office to the insurance process with a smile on her face. Kaliyan has been great too. She listens to my symptoms and makes great suggestions for my treatment options. She takes her time while she is with me and is very kind and appears genuinely concerned about me and my health. She has gone above and beyond to help me with insurance matters and specialty equipment.
