1 /5 Gabi Soumokil: I’m seriously disappointed. I haven’t received a pedicure since before the pandemic so I’ve been doing my nail at home. I wanted to get a nice gel pedicure and thought it was time to go to a salon so they could properly do so. She barely did anything. She barely pushed back my cuticles and didn’t even cut away the dead skin. I got like a ten second massage, she pretty much just rubbed lotion on my legs. And she just slapped the polish on. She didn’t even ask me if I liked it before she went to go help someone else. When she saw that I was upset about it, she attempted to clean up the gel by digging a nail file into my skin, not even really cleaning it up.. I’m honestly so disappointed that I probably won’t be getting a pedicure again. This was supposed to be relaxing, but instead I’m upset that I paid $45 for a service that barely even qualified as a pedicure. I’m not sure if they were tired or what ,but I don’t recommend. It’s a waste of money.

5 /5 Garrick O: My girlfriend and I got pedicure and manicures at this location together. It was a very great experience for me as this was only the third time I ever had a pedicure. Tiffany was absolutely fantastic and took very good care of us. I appreciated all of their COVID precautions taken by the staff. The massage chairs are absolutely the BEST!

1 /5 Minhee Kim: I came at 3:30 after making an appointment at 3:35. Two ladies came in at 4:00 while I wasn’t seated and then they got served first. Mid filing my nails down, after I get seated, my nail tech gets up to help someone else and starts doing their nails while my feet are sitting in lukewarm water. I’m. 21 year old student who tips well but I feel I wasn’t taken seriously here and I won’t be going back.

1 /5 sherri Daneshmand: For the second time the owner Tiffany double booked and triple booked my service on top of others . Made me wait for 45 minutes while she went between me and two other people for a pedicure and facial I just wanted my nail color changed after 45 minutes I walked out and paid just to get my polish removed she wanted me to wait even longer just to put on new polish I would not trust them again when they give you an appointment .to top it off she was rude about the situation instead of apologizing for triple booking people so ahead of can make more money she was blaming me … I was on time and picked my polish color instantly twice when she brought the wrong color from her chart first time . I would not go back there is more choices in the area . Kristi who offers pedicure on the other hand and has worked there for years is good and polite she apologized for her boss !!! Kristi does a good job and she is polite . Wish she could work at a better salon .
