Susan Gedney Not the professional level one expects these days. They invite dogs in off the street if an owner is walking by, then they all pet the dog dispersing dog hair everywhere, and they go back to work with out washing their hands.
While I was waiting for my appt. a lady came in with a dog to stay for her 2 hour visit, the lady had no disabilities. When i asked if the dog could move out of the walk way so i could get to the bathroom, i was told to use the park bathroom where the homeless hangout.
I have a disability due to a back injury and need a taller toilet. Was dumbfounded that I as a paying customer was being denied the use if the bathroom.
Avoid this place if you are looking for professional service and especially if you have allergies.
