Scott Curtis An awesome place, with a wonderful pastor, and with people who will make you feel welcome and right at home. I can really feel the presence and the power of God when I go there. I love the music and the singing. The preaching and teaching are solid. And, the recovery support group they have there has really made a difference in my life. If you are looking for a church that has everything that I mentioned, then the Rock Church of Amador is the place.

Our faith community is very welcoming to people interested in having a relationship or deeper relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Father Colin Wen has provided many opportunities to grow in relationship with God and with each other by offering a variety of small group programs, Foundations of Faith, retreats, and more. Father has done a wonderful job in shepherding God’s people. We are truly blessed.

It was such an encouragement to find the same wonderful qualities as before: selfless love among Gods people, devotion to prayer and dependence upon the Holy Spirit, and an unwavering commitment to the Bible as the very Word of God and Christ as the only way of salvation.

Lucas Gillette As a 16 year old, both the Sunday services and the all of the Youth services are very welcoming. Ive been here for about 5 years now and as long as I live within 45 minutes of this church, I will be attending it as much as possible. Side note: They have very pretty sunsets here all year round.

Michelle Bissell Pastor Mark is absolutely incredible with the way he gives his sermons! He engages the congregation and makes you feel like youre a part of the message being tsught. The music that Pastor Matt and the live band choose to play each Sunday coincides with the message being given. The other functions offered, like the classes in between 1st & 2nd services teach about Jesuss journeys and are great learning experiences. Theres the Joy Ministries Luncheon for those 55+, the mens and womens breakfast, VBS for the surrounding area each summer! Its just a wonderful place to worship and learn about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
