1 /5 Jessica N: Original post 4/1 I’ve been to this place a few times prior, but this was the worst experience and unsure what to do.
I’m surprised that this is what $90 nails look like. I tried to tell them about the mistakes, but i kept getting brushed off. Gel everywhere, under my nails skin and well you can see in the photo. the gem design is not what I asked. I said that didn’t want any of that but maybe a nice flower and the lady went gem crazy and told me that it would look nice, y’all look at the photo.. when I asked about pricing for them she told me not to worry, but I found out that all those gems where in the final price racking me up to $90. Two of my nails are so badly crooked and that I did ask multiple times to fix it but she said didn’t understand what was my complaint. I’m just left so disappointed, and quite frankly angry.

The rhinestones fell off and my pedicure has peeled.. should I go back and get them fixed or do I remove them and go somewhere else?
