5 /5 Jess Hollar: Two aspects of the Foothill Center stand out for me. At the spiritual level, my personal growth in studying and applying the philosophy of Science Of Mind has helped me to become an overall better person. Not only do I respond to my own daily challenges and events of life in a more balanced manner, but I see all others through a broader lens of kindness. This is a philosophy for everyday living.
And the bonus is that I now have a circle of kind and loving friends. We respect each other for our uniqueness, yet know that we share common beliefs. As we move toward complete opening, I so look forward to the social part of this community, the lunches, pot lucks, group hikes and more.
Anyone reading this who has considered an open and accepting spiritual community, give us a try. You just might find a home, as I did.
