Lisa Grech Wilfredo and the team of mechanics at Kondo Motors are the BEST! I have gone to them for 12 years now, and even drive up from San Diego County (yes, 5 hours round trip) and have them do my car repairs, since I moved out of the area. They diagnose the issues, give an honest and clear picture of the issues and associated estimates, and fix what is needed. Sometimes they have sent me away, letting me know there is no service needed at the moment. They do not upsell things or recommend things that are not needed. They are honest, trustworthy, kind, generous, friendly, and expert mechanics and advisors. I recommend them without hesitation and appreciate everything they have done as my trusted mechanics throughout the years. I recommend that you call to schedule in advance, as they are in demand and booked out often with their happy clients, like me!

The estimate was more than fair, the work was immaculate and the car was ready exactly when he said it would be. Excellent experience and highly recommended!

I originally brought my Porsche to the dealership to get serviced and they quoted me over double what I paid for the same service at the Santa Monica auto center. The owners treated me so kindly and professionally from start to finish and explained exactly what I needed and had it done same day. When I left there they told me to come back anytime for anything I needed and that I was considered part of their family. Im usually very hesitant to go to any body shop besides the original dealership I purchased my car from, but in this case Im so happy I did. I highly recommend and wouldnt take my car anywhere else!
