Kathryn Matteotti Great environment, friendly staff and best of all my nails turned out so beautifully. I called and they were able to see me within 30 minutes (the time it took to drive over), she worked quickly (but did not rush me) and without lowering the quality at all (which I appreciate, my time is important). I dont think I will ever go anywhere else. If you love nail art and want a salon with talented artistst this is the place for you. Update: Like I said before I am truly never going anywhere else. Ivy does amazing designs quickly and for a vreat price. I have never been dissapointed and I am never scared to give her a challenging design as she always nails it and helps me keep my natural nails long as well.

Catherine K This is my first time getting gels and tips and Im so glad I did. Elly took her time and asked me if I was happy with each step of the process. I showed her a picture for inspiration and she paid great attention to detail giving me what I wanted.

Ariadna Gomez Sara provided a phenomenal service! I got my nails done by her Oct 31, and while the product is advertised to last 2-3 weeks it lasted me 7 (first two photos below)! I went back today (Dec 19) with barely any chips or lifting in the polish. She was very welcoming, and made sure to prepare my nails thoroughly once she started. She also made sure I was happy with every step, from the length and shape of my nails to the color and design of the nail art I was getting. Sara was very attentive and detail-oriented throughout the entire appointment, and made sure everything matched the inspiration photo I showed her. The service ended with a coconut oil and hot towel hand massage, and I left her studio feeling pampered and very satisfied with how my nails turned out (last two photos below). Her studio itself is very clean and relaxing, and Sara is always a pleasure to be around and have conversation with. I’ve been going to her for half a year and every time I’m very happy!

Karissa Garcia I like to stop in here when I am visiting town and have always had a great experience. Last night I went in and got a gelx manicure I was not really happy with so I came back first thing in the morning and Vivian was happy to redo my nails and make sure I left satisfied! Patrick McElroy This is something I wouldn’t just go out and do on my own and I have very limited experience with pedicures or manicures, however it’s something my girlfriend enjoys taking me to. I’ve been here twice now and both times the service has been top notch. The techs are kind and polite. 6 star customer service on a 5 star scale. The atmosphere is pleasant and the salon is very clean. I will continue coming here once a quarter.

Vika Crisostomo First and last time here. Tim did an amazing job and was super friendly and did everything I wanted for my nails. Great customer service and attention to detail. I love my nails. Only thing is the price. I usually do my nails in Tijuana Mexico because it’s more affordable. Over the phone when I was price checking I booked with them because they stated acrylic was $55+. I didn’t realize it would go up to $20. These acrylic nails with design cost $75 without tip. This is why this will be the first and last because of the price is so high. Back to Mexico I go. Other than that great time there.

Ilsa C I am from out of town and was hoping to find a good nail salon to fix my builder gel manicure that had gotten pretty rough. I came into Downtown Nail Salon and was given the fastest and best gel fill I’ve ever gotten. Anh was so sweet and did an amazing job, I cannot recommend her enough! As I type this I came back in the next day to get a pedicure I was so happy with my manicure!

Phuong Tran My boyfriend took me to get our nails done here haha we both love it! He also said this place is good for girls after breaking up too. Anyway, the staff here are so classy and nice. Authorized colors for the Navy are available. We got the whole team work on us! Mimi, Diane for me and the two other staffs collaborate greatly with their impeccable service.
