crg Ive had great experiences at the Car Shop, the most honorable, honest shop in the bay with the most talented, genius level, since his father Tito , lead mechanic, Jorge Hands down best mechanic Ive ever experienced. Carlos, Jorge, and Willliam are beyond experienced and have the wisdom to go with the best possible way to handle all tasks. Jorges son Bobby recently joined the team following in the great footsteps of his great uncle Carlos who is slowly retiring but is still there and sharp after about 40 years in business. 40 years in business. They know what they are doing to say the LEAST.

David S. ATS is so great! Repaired a number of issues (leakung and inoperable washer fluid, excessive play in steering, very loose gear shifter and funky turn signal lever) with my son’s Ford E350 converted camper van. Some easy fixes and some complicated fixes were all resolved for a fair price and with wonderful service. Suzanne and the mechanic were great to work with - nice, clear and communicative. Perhaps most of all, they earned my trust regarding cost and quality of work.

I was going to sell the truck, but it is in such good shape now, that I am keeping it. They were excellent to deal with and the pricing was fair.

Augustus Yuan My car broke down in Point Reyes this past weekend because of an oil leak (the plug fell out completely) so I had to tow to their location after hours. They called promptly when they opened up to follow up on the issues. Stellar communication and customer service from both Alexandra and Roman. They not only replaced my oil drain plug, but they also identified some other things in my car they were able to fix very quickly. When I went to pick up my car, they were patient to answer all my questions related to the condition of my car, what may have caused the plug to fall out, and showing me the cracked serpentine belt that needed replacing. I highly recommend this place if you need you car getting looked at! They also have AAA discount :)

Marc Estonilo Paul is the man! I recently brought in my 91 E30 after it failed smog, not really sure what was wrong. Paul took a quick look at the numbers and immediately knew what the issue was. He explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I left the car with him for a few hours, and before I knew it, I got the call that it was ready for pickup. In just one day, I went from failing smog to getting the necessary repairs, re-testing, and passing without any hassle. If youre looking for a reliable shop that knows European cars inside and out, I highly recommend this place!

Jeannine Rush In this day and age it is unbelievable how courteous; honest; intelligent this team of auto repair people are. I have had several repairs on my older van and they have done an excellent job. Lets keep this a secret as I wouldnt want to send a ugly customer their way...they are far too nice and I want to keep them that way.
