Josephine Balliao Saing Tracey is amazing! She is such a sweetheart and a genuine person. She always makes me feel and look beautiful every time I get my eyebrows waxed. I love going to see her and hearing all about her fun travel adventures. I get excited to see her every time I go and make an appointment. Her appointment system is so easy to use. She takes such good care of all her customers. I always tip her well because she deserves it! Her salon is so beautiful and clean! I have been going to her since she moved from her other location. So about 10 years now. I only trust her to wax my eyebrows. I recommend her to everyone I know!!

Adrienne Zarr I was on the search for a great nail artist for the past few years and had the pleasure of meeting Pamela. I have been seeing Pamela for the last 6 months every 3 weeks and I am so grateful to have met her. Not only is she extremely talented in her craft, she is an amazing person. I have acrylic nails that I get filled regularly. I come in with an idea and she makes it happen. Her work is fantastic! I come every 3 weeks without any issues and I have stretched it to 4 week without jeopardizing the quality. She takes care in shaping, filing and caring for my real nails, while being such a pleasure to chat with. I highly recommend her and her expertise in nails! ☺️

Artistry Beaute Magaly is very professional, she pays attention to detail, sanitation and disinfection is top tier. Shes very talented and always leaves my nails looking beautiful. She also does pedicures they are very relaxing and pampering.

Sahar Sina I have came here a few times since it’s right next to my work. It’s very convenient for me. Today i had a regular pedicure the last time i came i had a gel color change manicure. They did a great job and spent quality time i appreciate it.

A C I found orchid nails and decided to try them, since they were close by. I’m so glad I did, they were amazing. I called and got right in, I had my nails done, at the same time as my pedicure. The salon is clean and the techs were friendly and caring ! I appreciated the male tech, he helped pull my pants back down after the pedicure and the gal who did my nails made me feel welcomed and appreciated; will repeat service.

As someone who is very detail-oriented, I was so impressed with how my nail tech checked in with me at every step to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. I got a Gel X manicure, and it turned out stunning. My nails look so natural and flawless, exactly how I envisioned them. The precision and skill of the nail tech were unmatched. Every cuticle, every nail shape, and every polish stroke was done with such care and expertise. I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire experience. Hannah Darrow I called ahead for my friend and I to get full sets, and they graciously booked us at 4:45pm even though they usually close at 5pm. Crystal did an amazing job with these custom, winter inspired , airbrush, acrylics. She was super fast and meticulous and fun to chat with. I came in with a variety of ideas, and she put this set together for me, and its better than anything I could have picked. I feel fancy and special ✨️ with my new nails and cant wait to show them off at Thanksgiving. Another bonus of this salon- they have their own ATM machine with no fee, which makes it really easy to give your nail artist a cash tip. My friend and I will absolutely be coming back!

Nadia DeSimone I’ve gone to Gloss two times now after trying to find the right spot, and I’ve tried many. I’ve been so impressed with their work and the quality of the polish they use. These are my nails 2 1/2 weeks after a gel manicure. Not a single chip.The only reason I need to make an appointment soon is they’re growing out. I’ve had Katie twice, and she does an amazing job. My first time was acrylics and second a removal with gel. They also recently did a manicure for my 6 year-old wanting to have her nails done for her grandma’s birthday party. Katie was great with her and it was shockingly affordable. I’ve gone to multiple nail salons between Healdsburg, Windsor, and a bunch in Santa Rosa and Gloss has definitely been the best. Highly recommend
