I’m sorry to see the bad reviews because my experience has been total opposite.
I was there today actually! I had a small concern at my last cleaning and asked Dr. Undorf about it. He had me schedule a repair appt. Today when I arrived, I was instantly taken back for my appt a few minutes early.
They numbed me first and whatever they used WORKED cuz my whole mouth was numb as hell. Then he shot me up (didn’t feel a thing) & did my whole procedure in 10 minutes. Seem less, painless, and insanely quick. I was impressed! 30 minutes in & out for a procedure! And, my teeth look beautiful!
Dr. Undorf, the hygienist, and staff are always a pleasure with me. Hygienist always deep cleans at my 6mo cleanings. They even squeeze me in when my appt requests don’t align.
For me, they’ve been great through the years.
