2 /5 Sydnee Kilbride: Got my gel nails filled here and initially loved the service and attention to detail the nail tech Judy had with my nails. However, within 3 days, my pointer finger polish fully chipped off and I needed to rush back in to get it fixed before my vacation (they did fix it for free, which was nice). I was pleased when they fixed it, only for my two thumb nails and my other pointer finger polish to chip and peel off days later. It seems like they do not seal the edges of the nails and therefore they chip off within a week of getting them done. It’s not worth the price and I’m disappointed in the lack of longevity with the nails I got here. At other salons I can go up to 6 weeks without chipping but I couldn’t go 1 week without chipping here.

1 /5 Stephanie Villa: The guy doing my acrylic nails was very rude and buffered close to my cuticles causing cuts and small bleeding . I didn’t feel welcome he would slap my hand rudely to get my attention and even asked if I was from Santa Ana maybe he assumed that since I was Latina in Irvine however that was question that made me feel off . I also was not offered wine I had to ask twice and finally I got offered wine. Definitely not coming back. The lady who did my pedicure very sweet just a bummer she works at this place I’m not coming back to.

5 /5 Emma Schwartz: I always get the best service here! They do my nails exactly how I envisioned, so talented! Shout out to Leo who did my Gel X nails exactly how I wanted them with a specific design and they lasted a month! Thank you, Leo!!

1 /5 Gorun Luick: Unfriendly, unprofessional, not clean! It was first time being there and never again. I took pictures and posted. They cut 3 of my fingers all bleeding. They don’t know how to make nails. I made them stopped working bloody nails and left the place! Some of the reviews talks about bleeding nails as well so be careful! They still charged me for part of my other service which awful mani and pedicures. See pictures below. I emailed the owner never responded! Not recommended. I emailed after I went to urgent care and Doctor prescribed antibiotics and antibiotic ointment. I sent doctor notes and pictures.Owner never called! Instead they still charged me for the bloody nails! That place should close due to health concerns and safety. Be aware! Less than 1 star.
