devils echo These guys were very helpful with our vehicle. Check engine light was on and needed to be smogged. It was not an easy fix, but they stayed with it until they figured it out. No hidden fees or charges. They were up front and very professional. I will recommend them to my friends and family. I am very thankful for there help.

Wendy Crow I can not tell you about costs because I do not know going rates. I can tell you I am absolutely ignorant about cars. This business could have done extra and unnessary repairs as part of maintenance because I wanted a full workup. They told me it was unnecessary. I thought my brakes needed to be replaced, and they said they were not needed yet. Recently, my drivers side power window stopped working. They spent time getting it back up and didnt charge me.

Charles Ehrlich Mark and Carlen are gems. I purchased (perhaps in a fit of self-delusion) a 1999 Bentley Arnage. It’s a beautiful car but it’s quirky. Warning lights flash often and mysteriously. Mark knows these vehicles inside and out (unlike the folks at the dealership who have limited interest in the older cars). Carlen handles the office with professionalism and kindness. Unlike a good restaurant, Acme is a business that I would prefer not to need (!) but I’m very fortunate that they are here.

Heather Hilden I can’t believe this place doesn’t have 5 stars! I got a Groupon and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I came in, Francisco already knew who I was. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I had bought a Groupon for another place months ago and was there over 2 hours with an appointment. Service was fast and friendly. If I didn’t move out of state just a few days later, this would be my spot! Thank you for the great experience!!

Johnson N Quick, friendly, and affordable! Around 20 minutes for a flat tire repair. Single tire leaking air. My tires are Goodyear from the Honda dealer, and there’s fewer repair shops with their tires locally. I called for an early morning appointment the next day, and they were so friendly on the phone, I didn’t even know if the appointment was made. But they remembered me when I came in! On a Thursday morning, there was maybe 2 or 3 other customers milling about. Streets don’t allow parking, so I parked across in the southland parking lot, which the shop did not bat an eye to. Took my Keys and brought my car in. They found the culprit, a nail. Patched it up quick. The whole experience was about 20 minutes or so, and it felt great to drive my car home. Even better is that their repairs carry a 90 day and 3k mile warranty, so I can feel confident if something is astray, I can just bring it back. I felt the price was right and affordable, but I don’t have knowledge in this area. Other than the Honda dealer, this is the first auto repair shop I’ve used, and I’m a customer for life now.
